Noise disturbances at night really made it hard to rest, especially in lower-level units!!! Also, poor shower design allowing water to leak onto the bathroom floor was quite annoying!!!

The Deluxe Suite was super comfy, really spacious, and had great natural light. Air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver in the heat. The bathroom looked newly renovated and had nice toiletries. I loved the little touches like laundry facilities and a big TV with Netflix. The bed was cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after busy days out. It felt very private and quiet, which I really appreciated.

Family Suite was spacious and well-equipped.

Our experience was marred by the noise from the busy street. Attempting to open the window only invited smog into the room. Despite requesting support, the staff's responses felt dismissive and unhelpful.

I loved how easy it was to walk to the Seville Museum of Fine Arts, just a few steps away, and the stunning Catedral de Sevilla, about 15 minutes on foot. the apartment was incredibly clean and well-stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The complimentary snacks and drinks added a nice touch to our stay. I found a few ants in the bathroom, but maintenance resolved it promptly. Communication can feel a bit detached due to the automated responses. A real person was available sometimes, but I often had to repeat myself multiple times, which was frustrating. We encountered some issues with the online check-in instructions, leaving us a bit confused. Overall, a nice stay, but improvements in communication and amenities would enhance the experience.
